In the corporate world everything needs to be supported by black and white not just verbal communication so that there is always documented proof that you were NOT wrong so that no one can fault you.

But what happened to the values of integrity and social responsibility that schools of our childhood drilled into us? what happened to moral upbringing? why is everyone so obsessed with pushing the blame so that they will appear faultless? Is money truely the root of all evil? Why do i find the paper chase so meaningless? am i really cut out for business?

How can i tell the one who reprimands me for not having sent the black and white that it was him that i consulted about what to do and he didnt tell me that i had to send a 'black n white' to justify what i did after the phone call?

Im simply miserable here thats why i dont talk so much anymore..
