If the cat had wisdom enough he would have the knowledge and the intellectual capacity to decipher on his own what is right and what was wrong, what is good and what is mortally harmful to himself and to learn from other people's mistakes.
He wouldnt jump to conclusions and think that the whole world is against you and spying on you and is out to get you
