Somebody once told me that there is such a thing as being "penny wise but pound foolish" when i was complaining about how stingy the office was when it came to stationery but how it extravagantly wasted money on electricity paper and air conditioning.

I think its very wise advice that i try to follow everyday.

but i see other people practicing it so often.
