what are my strenghts and weaknesses

and whats my passion?

i dont have to explain myself? Or i didnt explain myself well enough i feel..

(here is propaganda i will use for my interview next time)

strenghts:

really good at typing fast & doing documents n spreadsheets n powerpoints - efficient

With a pen n paper, i am very good at taking notes - know exactly what were the key points they just talked about

good at interacting with people - not shy - but must be at same level as me

Openness to new experiences - I love new experiences, it can almost be said that i thrive on them. I feel very in my element, and i adapt quickly. If pitted against a group of people who have just started too, i normally do better then them. However, i am not a perfectionist, so in the long run, these people will excel over me. I need to improve on this aspect as well.

Willpower - mind over matter - self discipline- stamina. I am good at this. For example, i enjoy running long distances. After about 4km, your body really wants to stop. But you have to control your mind over matter, and just push yourself on. I think that this is really important in life too, like in rushing the last deadline, completing long projects, motivating the group.

Weaknesses:

superiority-complex: not sure how to talk to superiors and adults. could have been my upbringing, or my childhood. but when authority says no, i dont question it. this is something ivh been trying to improve. Must always think. Its not about doing it right, but about doing what is right.

Im too nice. the problem with being nice, it has been proven that people think that you are stupid. they try to push you over, or take advantage of you.

I trust people too easily. Most people would say its a weaknesses but i say that its a strenght. I actually learnt in my negotiations module that there is no such thing as partial trust, and people will treat you how you treat them. Wholesome trust will also build a good working environment.

Running, Reading, surfing the internet (i used to read books, but now a days i get most of my information off the internet)
