For many people the biggest stress factor in life comes from trying to please everybody. this usually means saying yes to every invitation or task given resulting in a feeling that they are leading out of control lives!

-the best way to neutralise negative emotions is to acknowledge them
You have to tell people if you are unhappy or hurt otherwise you will become a ticking time bomb!
